When my pup started limping, I knew exactly the product I wanted and from what company. We used to carry this very product but stopped simply because we didn't sell enough. My vet told me there were only two companies that had 3rd party testing, and this is one! Human vitamins don't have that! Dosing on the side of the bottle. It is a scored hard pill that breaks easily and is palatable to my large AND small dogs. This company also makes a soft chew if your dog prefers a soft treat, and that is how I use mine, as a treat. This way, they see it as such and it reduces/takes the place of any extra calories. It will all depend on your dog's lameness, severity, age, weight, and actual diagnosis as to the time frame to see if there are any benefits. They also make a product for cats!
I use it with my 3 year old German Shepherd everyday and she seems as healthy as can be which is important for her training sessions!
